We ship UPS Ground directly from our store in the Florida Keys. We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $50 shipping in the continental U.S. Orders under $50 ship for a flat fee of $7.99. UPS Ground takes 2 - 10 days from the ship date (East coast shipments have faster delivery times). Orders typically ship within 24 hours, and at maximum will be shipped within 5 business days according to the shipping method selected by the customer. We are unable to guarantee exact ship dates for orders shipped UPS Ground or US Postal Service. Shipping estimates and tracking information for UPS are provided.
Next Day / 2nd-Day and 3-Day Air
Orders to be shipped by Next Day Air must be received by 3:00 p.m. EST in order to be processed on the same business day. Next Day Air is not available on weekends. UPS 3-Day Select, 2-Day Air and Next Day Air shipments placed on a weekend will ship the following Monday.
Shipping to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii & Virgin Islands
We ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands via U.S. Postal Service for a flat fee of $12.95 via U.S. Postal Service. For expedited shipping, please select UPS shipping. Shipping by U.S. Postal Service can take several weeks.
Shipping to Canada
Canadian residents can receive reduced shipping rates through the U.S. Postal Service by selecting "USPS to Canada" at checkout. The flat fee is $13.95. Please allow several weeks for Canadian orders shipped US Postal Service. Canadian customers also have the option of expedited shipping and handling of all duties through GlobalShopex.com (see below).
International Orders
Bare Sole Sandals has partnered with a trusted third-party company, GlobalShopex.com to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with international credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
You may return new, unworn items within 30 days** of the invoice date (shown on confirmation) including all original packaging and with tags intact for an exchange or a full refund of the cost of the item (excluding shipping costs). We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received the wrong item, etc.).
**HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY All orders placed between November 1 – December 24, 2011 may be returned up to January 31, 2012.

Refunds must be made via the original payment method and/or credit card used. Returns received without original packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Items found to be defective after wear will be handled in accordance with the manufacturer's policy. Please contact us to determine how to handle returns for defects.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

EXCHANGES may be requested at no additional shipping cost for continental U.S. orders. Orders may be CANCELED if they have not yet shipped. In order to CANCEL an order, please call (305) 872-1882. In the event that we are closed, please leave a voice message. If the order has shipped, a cancellation will be treated as a RETURN. Refusing a shipment does not waive return shipping fees. If you refuse a shipment, a return shipping fee will be charged.
Sales Tax
Online sales are exempt from sales tax except for residents of Florida. As a Florida business, we must charge sales tax to residents of Florida.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address to be utilized by UPS. Incorrect addresses are subject to additional address correction fees from UPS of up to $5 that may be passed on from Bare Sole Sandals to the customer.
Sales, Promotions & Coupon Codes
Coupon codes must be entered in the original order and cannot be applied retroactively. Sales and promotions cannot be combined.
